At Quiet Form, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items marked as non-returnable
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Process

Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
